📦 Delivery Capacity:
We can transport up to 1,200 gallons of purified water per delivery. Due to capacity limitations, we recommend scheduling in advance to ensure timely service.

Delivery Cancellation Policy
To keep our delivery routes efficient and ensure fair access to appointments, all customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change. Deliveries canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a service fee.

Bottle Delivery
• Required Notice: 24 hours
• Fee for Missed or Uncanceled Delivery: $15
• This fee applies when the driver arrives and the delivery has not been canceled in advance, as route time and fuel costs are still incurred.
Bulk Water Delivery
• Required Notice: 24 hours
• Fee for Missed or Uncanceled Delivery: $50
• Bulk deliveries require dedicated time blocks and advance planning. Missed or uncanceled appointments prevent us from offering that slot to customers on our waitlist and significantly impact scheduling capacity.

How to Cancel
Cancellations may be made by phone or email during business hours. Messages left outside business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.

Delivery Reminder & Scheduling Tools
To help customers avoid fees and stay informed, we offer several optional tools:
• Email Reminders: Customers may opt in to receive an automated reminder 2 days before each scheduled delivery.
• Online Account Access: Customers can log in at any time to view their next scheduled delivery, or update account details.
• Delivery Calendar: Customers may request a printed or digital delivery calendar showing all upcoming delivery dates for their route.
These tools are provided to support timely communication and help customers manage their delivery schedule with ease.

Purpose of This Policy
Cancellation fees help cover operational costs associated with travel, routing, and reserved delivery time. They also ensure that delivery openings remain available to customers who need them.
​We know this policy is new, and we want to acknowledge why it was created. Over the past year, we’ve experienced a high number of last-minute cancellations and missed stops. Each missed stop means lost hours for our employees, wasted fuel and route time, and missed opportunities for customers who were waiting for an opening.Our goal is not to charge fees—it’s to keep our routes running smoothly and make sure every customer who needs water can get it.We will always be gracious and understanding, especially as everyone adjusts to this change. Life happens, and we get that. But after a reasonable adjustment period, the cancellation fees listed above will apply consistently so we can protect our team’s time and keep service fair for all customers.
